UK Government: Make Shell Pay!

Oil giants like Shell are fueling climate chaos around the world in their reckless hunt for new oil and gas. Their greed for fossil fuel profits means higher energy bills for UK households and more floods, fires, and droughts at home and across the globe - hitting poorer countries particularly hard.

Up until now it’s ordinary people who have been expected to pick up the pieces and to pay the bill. But enough is enough. It’s time for Shell to stop drilling and start paying. We have a new Prime Minister who commands a massive majority in Parliament. Let’s make sure he uses it to rein in big polluters like Shell.
